These Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and RaxxWare LLC ("we," "us"), the provider of Reaction Studio (the "app"). By downloading, installing, or using the app — or by checking the agreement box at sign-in — you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Age requirement
Reaction Studio is rated 18+ and is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to download or use the app. The app is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. By using the app you confirm that you are 18 or older. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will terminate the account.
2. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Reaction Studio on Apple devices you own or control, for your personal or internal business use, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, sublicense, or distribute the app.
3. Your content
You keep full ownership of the videos, recordings, and projects you create. Recording and editing happen on your device, and your projects stay there unless you choose to share them. If you post to the in-app community feed, or opt into cloud backup, the content you select is uploaded to our servers so it can be delivered to other users or restored to your devices. You are solely responsible for the content you record, react to, and share, and for holding the rights to any third-party material you include.
4. Acceptable use and zero tolerance for objectionable content
You agree not to use the app to infringe copyright or other rights, to record people without any required consent, or in any way that breaks applicable law or the terms of the platforms you share to (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You may not post, upload, or share content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, hateful, threatening, defamatory, sexually explicit, violent, or that promotes discrimination or self-harm, and you may not use the community features to harass, bully, impersonate, or abuse another person.
Every post and comment can be reported from the … menu next to it, and any user can be blocked from that same menu or from their profile. Blocking immediately removes that person's posts and comments from your feed. We review reports and will remove offending content and terminate the accounts of users who violate these rules, ordinarily within 24 hours of a report.
5. Subscriptions & purchases
Reaction Studio Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. Payment, renewal, and cancellation are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; you can manage or cancel anytime in your device Settings. Prices are shown in-app before purchase.
6. No warranty
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that recordings and exports will always succeed.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RaxxWare LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, RECORDINGS, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR USD $50 IF YOU PAID NOTHING).
8. Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete My Account inside the app. This permanently and irreversibly erases your projects, media, and stored sign-in identifier from your device, and deletes your account on our servers along with everything attached to it — your profile, posts, comments, likes, follows, and any cloud-backed videos. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone; we do not retain a copy.
9. Apple as a third-party beneficiary
This EULA is between you and RaxxWare LLC only, not with Apple. Apple has no obligation to furnish support or maintenance for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, and that you are not on any U.S. Government restricted-parties list.
10. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms as the app evolves; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which RaxxWare LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
12. Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is handled (short version: it stays on your device).
